About Adam…

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Adam grew up with the Willamette Valley and its incredible vineyards in his backyard. His passion for wine was ignited by his grandfather’s hobby of collecting bottles, and Adam carried this passion with him to college where he started the Viticulture and Enology Society at his university.

After graduating, he went to work in the financial sector but always felt like something was missing. So in the summer of 2018, he took a leap of faith, dropped everything, and took a job stocking shelves in a small wine shop in Phoenix, Arizona. Within 4 years, he created one of the premier wine shops in the southwest and oversaw the beverage department of a multi-establishment restaurant group.

He now hopes to bring his knowledge and passion of wine to individuals, restaurants, and wineries so that they too can experience the fulfillment that comes with sharing a well-understood bottle of wine.

Adam holds a Level 3 in Wine from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, with plans to pursue the WSET Diploma in the near future.
